By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site describes our services and provides a way to contact us. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship. Engagements begin only under a separately signed proposal or statement of work.
3. Information and advice
The content here is general information about business practice. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it does not account for your specific circumstances. You should not act on it without taking appropriate advice for your situation.
4. Benchmarks and case studies
Statistics attributed to third parties such as Forrester, Deloitte Digital and Boston Consulting Group are published findings of those organisations. They are cited as industry benchmarks for the category and are not representations about results OptiVantage will achieve.
Case studies describe work led personally by our founding partners in prior independent consulting and in-house roles, before OptiVantage was incorporated on 25 July 2026. Client identities are withheld under confidentiality obligations, and results are expressed as relative change or as ranges. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes; every engagement depends on factors including market conditions, product, sales capability and client-side execution.
5. Pricing
Prices shown are indicative starting points, exclusive of applicable taxes including GST, and are subject to change. Currency conversions displayed on the site are approximate and provided for convenience. Binding pricing is set out only in a signed proposal or statement of work.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, diagrams, frameworks, graphics, the OptiVantage name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not republish, sell, sub-licence or systematically extract this content, or use our name or marks, without our prior written permission.

- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system
- Do not introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save that we retain the right to bring proceedings in the jurisdiction of your residence or place of business where required.
