About
OptiVantage exists for companies that demand growth but refuse to pay the rework tax that usually comes with it.
For B2B companies that demand growth but refuse to build marketing twice, OptiVantage engineers the go-to-market system — strategy, stack and operating rhythm — so pipeline becomes predictable instead of accidental.
Most companies build marketing in pieces. A campaign here, a tool there, a hire when the pressure peaks. It works for a while. Then growth arrives and exposes the seams: reporting nobody trusts, leads that fall between systems, and a team spending more time maintaining the stack than using it.
We were founded to get it right the first time. Marketing designed as a revenue function from the start, structured for the volume you are heading toward rather than the volume you have today, and accountable to the numbers your board actually reads.
To help B2B companies build marketing organisations that scale with the business from the beginning — structured for volume, aligned to revenue, and free of the patchwork that slows growth later.
To become the growth partner B2B companies trust across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Western markets, by making marketing an integrated, measurable revenue function rather than a cost line to be defended.
Who we are
OptiVantage is a two-partner firm. Between us we have spent more than thirty-five years building and running commercial marketing functions — not advising on them from the outside.
That experience spans B2B SaaS, AI and technology platforms, automotive technology, EdTech, and IT and tech-enabled services, across India, the United States and the United Kingdom. We have owned go-to-market strategy, account-based programmes, demand generation, marketing operations and the technology architecture underneath all of it.
We work as a lean senior team by design, supported by specialists brought in for defined scopes. You get the people who built it, not an account manager relaying instructions.
Boundaries
Naming the limits upfront is how engagements stay honest. Across every package:
How we work
Every engagement runs the same five stages. The fifth feeds the first, which is the point.
Audit the current motion, stack, data and reporting. Establish the baseline honestly, including what is working.
Define the ICP, segmentation, go-to-market motion and target architecture. Agree the metrics we will be measured on.
Stand up the systems, workflows, plays and dashboards. Document as we go, in your tools and your language.
Operate the motion alongside your team, with an agreed review cadence and decision rights.
Transfer ownership with documentation and training, then reset the baseline and start the loop again at the next stage.
The fastest way to find out is a short conversation about where you are and where you are trying to get to.
